Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout. Any product-specific processing or preorder timeframe will be stated on the product page.

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a confirmation and tracking information when available. Delivery estimates provided by carriers can change after shipment.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact info@fromthesand.co as soon as possible with your order number. We’ll try to help, but we cannot guarantee an address change once the package has shipped.

If we cannot ship within a stated timeframe, we’ll contact you with an updated date and your options, including cancellation and a refund. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email info@fromthesand.co with your order number so we can help investigate.
